If you have ordered from more than one brand then your products may arrive at different times and in separate packages. An estimated delivery time for each brand shipment is provided in the checkout and in your order confirmation email. Delivery is usually made Monday-Friday. Cancelations : 

Changed your mind? No problem, we may be able to cancel the order with the independent brand before the order is prepared and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

We cannot cancel an order if it has already been prepared, but in this case we do still offer returns services. Please visit our General Info page for more information.
